Contract Opportunity – Class 3 Registered Building Inspector (RBI)

We are currently working with a client in the East Midlands looking to appoint an experienced Class 3 Registered Building Inspector (RBI) on a contract basis.

The client offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with plenty of flexibility around working patterns and workload.

The Role

• Carrying out site inspections and plan checking duties.
• Supporting the existing Building Control team.
• Working across a range of Building Control projects, including more complex developments.
• Flexible hybrid setup with a mix of remote working and site presence.

Key Details

• Location: East Midlands
• RBI Classification: Class 3
• Rate: £75–£85/hr
• Hours: Full-Time
• Working Pattern: Hybrid with plenty of flexibility
