I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Registered Building Inspector to support a Building Control team in the West Midlands on a long-term contract basis.

The client is looking for someone who can provide support on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week.

The Role

The role will involve a mixture of site inspections and plan checking, supporting the team across their Building Control workload.

Applicants must hold a current Class 2 RBI registration.

Key Details

• £60–£65/hr
• Part-time – 3 days per week
• Outside IR35 available
• Long-term rolling contract
• Class 2 RBI required
• Mixture of site inspections and plan checks
