🚨 Registered Building Inspector (RBI 2D+) – Contract Opportunity 🚨

A client of ours is looking to appoint a Registered Building Inspector (RBI 2D+) to support their Building Control team on a long-term contract basis.

This is a well-established, close-knit team where team dynamic and personality fit are a key priority, alongside strong technical capability. The role offers excellent flexibility and long-term stability.

What’s on Offer

• Role: Registered Building Inspector (RBI 2D+)
• Location: London
• Working Pattern: 2 days on site / 3 days from home (very flexible)
• Rate: £65 – £75 per hour (dependent on experience)
• IR35: Outside IR35
• Contract Length: 6-month+ rolling contract with strong extension potential

The Opportunity

You will be joining a supportive Building Control service carrying out predominantly domestic and lower-end commercial work, with the option to pick up higher-risk / more complex projects if desired.

Hybrid working is fully supported, with a very flexible working pattern in place.
