Registered Building Inspector (Ad-Hoc)

We are newly working on an ad-hoc contract opportunity with a Building Control provider, supporting their need for occasional 2D inspections in the Leeds area (2-3 visits per week that can be grouped together). This role is ideal for an experienced L2D RBI who is looking to take on light, flexible weekly work from January onwards.

Also available to those working in a full-time permanent role, looking to top-up their earnings with Site Inspections that can be booked in to work around your existing schedule.

Key Details

• Role: Level 2D Registered Building Inspector (RBI)
• Location: Leeds
• Workload: Typically 2D projects – Retail/Office Fitouts etc.
• Start: January
• Rate: £125 – £150 per inspection
• IR35: Outside
• Format: Ad-hoc inspections; flexible scheduling
