The Opportunity

An established London-based client is seeking an experienced Registered Building Inspector (Class 2F) to support their Building Control team on a flexible, long-term contract basis.
The role offers part-time inspection work, with the option of up to 2 full days or 4 half days per week, providing excellent flexibility for inspectors balancing multiple commitments.
You will carry out inspections across a varied portfolio of projects, ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations while working closely with a supportive technical team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable, long-term contract with highly competitive day rates and full autonomy over your working pattern.

Key Requirements

• Registered Building Inspector: RBI 2F
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations and associated legislation
• Proven experience delivering site inspections across a range of project types
• Ability to work independently while upholding high professional standards
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
