Registered Building Inspector, L2F+
Surrey / South & West London

£500 – £650/day | Outside IR35 | 6-month rolling contract

We are newly working on a long-term contract post supporting a varied portfolio of Building Control projects. 

The role offers involvement in ‘in-scope’ HRB projects with the Building Safety Regulator – supervised where required for L2F or 3G, and fully autonomous at 3H.

The position is predominantly remote, complemented by 1-2 days/wk inspections in the Surrey / South and/or West London areas (more site days available if preferred – areas adapted to suit your location).
