Rate: Up to £75/hr (Up to £135,000 per annum)

The Opportunity

A leading client of mine in West Yorkshire is seeking experienced Registered Building Inspectors (Class 2) to join their Building Control team on a long-term contract basis.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from domestic builds to exciting commercial schemes (RBI grade dependent). The role offers flexibility to focus on the types of projects that best match your background, skills, and interests.

This is a flexible hybrid opportunity with minimal office presence required — typically just one morning per week before heading out on site. The rest of your time can be spent working remotely and undertaking site inspections.
