Rate: £50–£60/hr

The Opportunity

A leading client of mine in West Yorkshire is seeking experienced Domestic Registered Building Inspectors (Class 2A+) to join their Building Control team on a long-term contract basis.

This role is domestic-focused, offering the opportunity to work across a wide variety of residential projects. For RBI’s with higher classifications, there is also the flexibility to work on more complex schemes.

The position features a flexible hybrid setup, with minimal office presence required — typically just one morning per week before heading out on site. The rest of your time can be spent working remotely and conducting site inspections.
