Building Regulations Consultant (BRPD)

Permanent | Up to £65,000 (DOE) | Hybrid – London (1 day/month)

We’re working with a highly regarded Health & Safety and Fire Specialist consultancy that’s actively shaping the future of Building Regulations delivery. Due to sustained project demand, they’re growing their team and seeking a Building Regulations Consultant from a Building Control background to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Control professional (Registered Building Inspector qualification not required as it is an advisory role) to step into a collaborative, low-ego environment where your experience is truly valued.

Whether you’re newly classified, returning to the industry, or looking for a transitional move away from regulatory Building Control, this role offers the support and flexibility you need to thrive.

The Role

You’ll work on a broad range of projects – primarily focused on HRB’s including the likes of external wall remediation, fire doors, and internal upgrade works. This role offers the chance to shape how the business delivers these services, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and helping to refine processes.

You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team where everyone supports one another. It’s a genuine alternative to traditional Building Control work – allowing you to stay involved in the industry without the regulatory red tape or volume pressures of standard Building Control roles.
