Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector – Class 2D+)

An excellent new Outside IR35 opportunity has just landed for a Registered Building Inspector (Class 2D+) to join a well-established team on a flexible, remote basis.

The Role:

This is a plan-checking focused Building Control Surveyor position where you’ll carry out technical reviews and assessments in line with building regulations. The role offers excellent flexibility, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week – though the workload is available for up to 5 full days, depending on your availability. There is also scope to adjust working hours to suit your schedule.

What’s on offer:

· £50/hr+ (Dependent on experience and RBI Level)

· 6-month contract

· Fully Remote
