A brand new opportunity has been created for a Senior Building Control Surveyor/Team Leader to join our clients team based in Essex  (minimum RBI 2E) on a contract basis.

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plans and site assessment services on both on Domestic and/or Commercial schemes. The nature of your working is entirely flexible, whether you want to work from home or the office (hybrid available). Workload is carefully managed to ensure each Surveyor has a sustainable work-life balance.

• £60- £70/hr DOE
• Initial 3-6-month contract
• Outside IR35 a possibility
• Full or part time available
