A new opportunity has been created for a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector)  based in the Berkshire area (minimum RBI 2A) to join our client’s team on a contract basis.

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plans and site assessment services on both on Domestic and/or Commercial schemes (RBI dependent). The nature of your working is entirely flexible, whether you want to work from home or the office (hybrid available). Workload is carefully managed to ensure each Surveyor has a sustainable work-life balance.

• Rate: £50 – £60/hr DOE
• Contract Length: Initial 3-6-month contract
• IR35 Status: Inside IR35
• Hours: Full or part time available
