A great opportunity has been created for a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) to join a well-established West London based Building Control team on a contract basis (Class 2 RBI or predicted to be soon).

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plan & site assessment services on both on Domestic and/or Commercial schemes (RBI dependent). This role is unique, as unlike many contract opportunities these days, you will be joining a well organised team where workload is carefully managed to ensure great work life balance.

• Rate: £55 – £65/hr DOE
• Contract Length: Initial 6-month contract (Likely to run long-term)
• Location: West London
• IR35 Status: Inside IR35
• Hours: Up to 37.5hrs/wk available (part-time would also be of interest)
