A brand new opportunity has been created for a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) on a 6-month contract basis, to join a well-established team based in the Greater Manchester area (Minimum RBI 2A).

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plan & site assessment services on both on Domestic and/or Commercial schemes (RBI dependent). There is no office presence required for this role although there is an office available if needed.

• Positions: 1 L2A RBI + 1 L2F RBI
• Rate: £50 – £65/hr DOE
• Contract Length: Initial 6-month contract (Likely to run long-term)
• Location: Greater Manchester 
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35 
• Hours: Up to 37.5 hrs/wk available (part-time would also be considered)
