A great opportunity for a Building Control Manager (Registered Building Inspector) to join the team of our Greater Manchester based client on a contract basis (minimum RBI 2/4).

The Role:

This is a Building Control Manager (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will be leading the day-to-day management of the Building Control team to ensure the service runs effectively, managing resources to ensure that the service meets statutory requirements and monitoring performance to ensure that the service meets operational needs.

• £70 – £85/hr DOE
• Initial 3-6-month contract
• Outside IR35 a possibility
• Full or part time available
