The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity (L3 RBI’s only) whereby you will provide building regulations plans and site assessment services on both on commercial and complex developments. The nature of your working is entirely flexible, whether you want to work from home or the office (hybrid available). Workload is carefully managed to ensure each Surveyor has a sustainable work-life balance.

• £70 – £90/hr DOE
• Initial 6-month contract
• Outside IR35 available
• Full or part time available
