Moving jobs is a daunting process. I found it especially hard as I had been with the team I worked with for so long. Curtis really took the time to understand me and what I needed. Curtis arranged a number of interviews for me to companies that he thought would be a good fit and he wasn’t wrong. During what could have been a difficult process Curtis made it fun, he guided me well and at times almost felt like a counsellor. I would definitely recommend Curtis, I’m so much happier now and it’s all due to him connecting me with the right company. I can’t thank you enough.

During my job search I worked with several recruiters, but Curtis was by far the best. While many were ready to force me into the first position that came along so that they could snatch their commission. Curtis took a more human approach taking notes of my needs and making every effort to match me and the right company and role. He was honest and transparent throughout having an excellent knowledge of the industry and the companies with which he connected me. Because of Curtis my job hunt was actually a pleasure and ended successfully with several good offers on the table.

Curtis really came through for me finding me the perfect role, he had specific insights into most companies I was interested in to assist in making my decision. He really understood my job requirements and what companies best fit my skill set and experience. I genuinely could not be happier since joining my new company. Curtis has always been exceptionally professional, really easy to talk to and always answered the phone when I called and responded to messages promptly. I was never left in the dark and always knew where I stood. I genuinely cannot recommend him enough.

Curtis has helped me out massively. He’s a great guy and seems like he really cares. Once I told Curtis what I was after he handpicked companies that suited me best and got me through the door for the interview. After the interview stage he helped me make my decision by being upfront and honest with me about pros and cons of each company and found the perfect match for me. I am writing to you to convey how happy I have been with the representation customer service I have had from Curtis which has led to me finding a new role as a Technical Auditor. I have dealt with recruitment consultants in the past, but they have always overpromised, whilst delivering very little in the way of interviews and I have come away feeling that they were not interested in getting me a job that suited me but rather than getting me placed so that they could earn a fee. Curtis has been a refreshing change. He has listened to my needs and aspirations and worked tirelessly to get me interviews. He has provided valuable support and advice all the way through, and I always felt that his aim was to get me placed where I would be happy and successful. Curtis provided valuable insight into the current job market and fee scales and most importantly employers. He really gave me excellent advice when I was negotiating terms for my new post and was always happy to chase up HR and directors when things were going slow. To summarise Curtis is a valuable asset to your company which I am sure you already know and recognise appropriately. Furthermore, when my ex-colleagues contact me to ask who helped me find a new job I would have no hesitation in recommending him to them.

Curtis has been amazing through the whole process. He put me in touch with many potential employers in a very short time. Within three weeks he had found me the perfect job that met all (and more) of the criteria that I stipulated. 5 star rating and a massive thank you from me.

All thanks to Curtis, I have found my perfect job. He played a very important and significant role in the whole process, and without his assistance and professional skills in negotiations and delivering the information, I wouldn’t have got any of it as it is now. A credit to the industry who always deserves to be appreciated for the value he brings to the process and the levels he is capable of.
