A new exciting opportunity has been created for a Building Control Surveyor based in the Bedfordshire area (minimum RBI 2D) to join our client’s team on a contract basis.

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plans and site assessment services on both on Domestic and/or Commercial schemes. This role comes great flexibility providing a hybrid office set up that only requires office presence 2 days/wk. Workload is carefully managed to ensure each Surveyor has a sustainable work-life balance.

• £50 – £60/hr DOE
• Initial 3-6-month contract
• Inside IR35
• Full or part time available
