A new opportunity for a Registered Building Inspector based in Manchester. Our Client is looking for Manchester based RBI’s who can work off their own initiative to join their team on a contract basis.

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plans and site assessment services on both on Domestic and Commercial schemes. The nature of your working is entirely flexible, whether you want to work from home or the office (hybrid available). Workload is carefully managed to ensure each Surveyor has a sustainable work-life balance.

• £55 – £65/hr DOE
• Initial 6-month contract
• Outside IR35 available
• Full or part time available
