Contingency

Simply put, no hire, no fee. We will complete the entire recruitment cycle for you until the perfect candidate has been identified. Only when the candidate starts is a fee due.

Retained

An exclusive, personalised agreement otherwise known as executive search, usually for the more specialised, tough to fill requirements. With this method, we become an extension of your business on an exclusive basis, with an accountability to find the right fit (fee paid in 3 instalments: 1st at the beginning, 2nd once agreed milestone achieved, 3rd when candidate starts).

Contract

Ideal solution if you need a quick-fix or the services of a specialist consultant. Our wide network of contractors can be engaged on an hourly, daily or ‘per inspection’ basis, depending on your needs. Flexible, low-risk and cost-effective when short-term.
